LEAN SIX SIGMA GREEN BELT STATISTICAL TRAINING

Statistical part of the Green Belt training, using Minitab, covering all the DMAIC Statistics. Participants will truly understand how to Measure, Analyze, and Improve the process by understand Statistics from a Statistician. Workshops are hands-on, Interactive, and the simulations reflect real data and real process struggles, adjustments, experiments, and improvement techniques. WE offer training workshop to pass Green Belt exams. This is not Green Belt Certification but a true boot camp preparation to understand and pass.

WE also offer QUANTITATIVE, STATISTICAL TRAINING to employees in any area of business where quantification and measurement is needed to assess performance and improvement.

 

MARKETING SURVEY

We do surveys on Product Preference, Service Quality, Competition Analysis, and Market Research.  We do not run marketing campaigns but we do collect the data that precedes it.
